We are seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join a hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist them with seating
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve orders promptly while maintaining quality standards
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well maintained
Address guest requests and concerns professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar role preferred
Good communication skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
