He / She is in charge and responsible for the control of several tables in the service station, maximizing the prompt efficiency of food & beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings and promotions
Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages according to hotel and service standards
Set up, clean, and maintain tables and dining areas
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and politely
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Process bills and payments accurately (cash, card, room charge)
Upsell menu items, beverages, and special offers
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and restocking
Attend daily briefings and training sessions
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant service role preferred
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
