Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Support colleagues and assist in smooth restaurant operations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication required; additional languages are a plus.
