.What will you do:
Deliver
high-quality service
to ensurea memorable dining experience for our guests. Overseea specific section of the restaurant, ensuringsmooth and efficient service
.Collaborate
closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings. Maintain the highest standards ofcleanliness and hygiene
. Handle guest complaints and feedback withprofessionalism
.Train and mentor
junior staff members to uphold service excellence.
What you need:
Proven experience as a
Waitress/ Waitresses
or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Strong knowledge of French andMediterranean cuisine
. Excellentcommunication
andinterpersonal
skills. Ability to work in afast-paced environment
and remain calm under pressure. Fluent inEnglish
; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Professional
appearance and demeanour.
