We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Waitress
to join our team at a premium French cafe in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of hospitality, and ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, provide detailed information about items, and make recommendations when requested.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Process bills, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
Follow all health and safety regulations and cafe policies.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skill in Arabic and English will be an advantage.
