The

Bilingual Waitress

will provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

English and Arabic

(or another second language), possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor suitable for a luxury or fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables and stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service. Process bills, handle payments accurately, and ensure proper recordkeeping. Uphold company service standards, hygiene, and grooming policies at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency

- fluent in

English

and

Arabic

(or another widely spoken language). Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a

luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset. Must be

Compensation:

Competitive salary package based on experience
