Job Description
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve orders promptly and ensure everything is prepared to customer specifications.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Process customer payments using POS systems (cash, credit).
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist in closing duties, such as cleaning and restocking.
