Job Title:

Experienced Waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled and customer-focused Waitresses who are fluent in English, and proficient in either English or Arabic. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and guide them through the menu offerings, including daily specials. Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and timing. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to inquiries and requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Waitress or Server in a fast-paced restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.

Age:

Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is essential.

Documentation:

Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID). Must hold a valid Food Handler's Certificate (FHC) from Qatar.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
