Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
Present menus, describe daily specials, and make informed recommendations.
Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
Ensure timely delivery of orders while monitoring and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area per hygiene and brand standards.
Process guest payments and handle POS transactions accurately.
Assist with VIP service, peak hours, and special events to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold hotel policies, service procedures, and luxury brand standards at all times.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an added advantage.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Waitress in a
luxury hotel or fine dining environment
.
Fluency in English
and
Russian
required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Well-groomed, courteous, and highly service-oriented demeanor.
Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and guest engagement etiquette.
