We are seeking experienced and service-oriented

Waitresses (Philippine Nationals only)

to join a prestigious restaurant group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests, assist with menu selections, accurately take and serve orders, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This role requires enthusiasm, teamwork, and the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer thoughtful recommendations. Accurately take orders and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas. Process payments and handle POS transactions with precision. Support smooth operations during busy service periods and special events. Comply with restaurant policies, safety regulations, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or service training preferred. 2-3 years of experience as a Waitress in upscale restaurant or hotel dining environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure. Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor. Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
