We are hiring an experienced

Waitress

to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, professional conduct, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer knowledgeable recommendations Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams Ensure timely and precise delivery of orders while monitoring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with hygiene and brand standards Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately Support smooth operations during peak hours, VIP service, and special events Uphold hotel policies, service procedures, and luxury brand standards at all times

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an advantage

2-3 years of experience

as a Waitress in a

luxury hotel or fine dining environment

Proficient in

English and Arabic

(spoken); additional languages are a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work effectively within a team Well-groomed, courteous, and highly service-oriented Knowledge of food and beverage service standards within the luxury hospitality sector
