We are seeking an experienced Waitress (Philippine National) to deliver exceptional service within a prestigious restaurant group. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding hospitality to guests, assist with menu selections, accurately take and serve orders, and ensure the dining area remains clean and well-maintained. This role requires attentiveness, courtesy, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth. Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations. Accurately take orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams. Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the dining area. Handle payments and POS transactions with accuracy. Support team operations during peak hours and special events. Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is an advantage. 2-3 years of experience as a Waitress in restaurant or hotel dining settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor. Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
