Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy. Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and beverages while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of dining areas. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Address guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
