Greet and seat guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
Present menus and take food and beverage orders.
Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking.
Handle payments and process transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Set up and break down dining areas before and after shifts.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen
Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation.
Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
