We are seeking a well-presented and service-oriented

Waitress

to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally Present menus and accurately take food and beverage orders Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times Upsell menu items and offer recommendations when appropriate Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and Arabic Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Neat and professional appearance Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID
