Job Description
A waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and Seating Guests
: Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Explain daily specials or promotions and answer initial questions about the restaurant or menu.Taking Orders
: Listen carefully to customer orders, provide recommendations, and input orders accurately into the POS system. Relay any special dietary requirements or allergies to the kitchen.Serving Food and Drinks
: Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and meet presentation standards. Regularly check on tables to refill drinks and meet additional needs.Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
: Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their meal, address complaints or issues gracefully, and provide solutions or escalate concerns to a manager when necessary.Processing Payments
: Present the bill to guests, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and provide correct change or receipts.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
