We are currently hiring enthusiastic and experienced
Waitresses
to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Present menus and offer detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients) Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues Clean tables and maintain a tidy dining area Handle payment transactions when necessary Follow all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organizational skills Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid QID and NOC are mandatory
