We are looking for a well-presented and service-oriented

Waitress

to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained throughout service Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and politely Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times Upsell menu items and provide suggestions when appropriate Assist in closing duties including cleaning and restocking

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Neat and professional appearance Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID
