Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Waitress
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment. Prior experience is a plus, but we are also open to training the right person.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable at all times. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Must be currently residing in Qatar (if applicable: with valid QID & NOC). Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
