We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Waitress

to join the team of a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival. Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes, including specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar teams. Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met. Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Prepare and present bills accurately, handling cash and electronic payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Follow all hygiene and safety standards consistently.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred. Previous experience in luxury or fine dining environments is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours. Excellent coordination and attention to detail when carrying trays or plates.
