We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Waitress cum Kitchen Helper to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to guests while also supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As Waitress:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely.
Process billing and handle payments as required.
As Kitchen Helper:
Assist the chef/cooks with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, peeling, etc.).
Help in plating and serving food when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Dispose of garbage and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
Refill supplies and assist with stock organization.
