. This dual role requires someone who can warmly welcome guests while providing exceptional table service. Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell menu items are essential for success in this position.

Key ResponsibilitiesHostess Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional manner Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Coordinate with kitchen team Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu offerings Maintain organized waiting list during peak hours
Waitress Duties

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve meals and drinks to guests in a professional manner Provide menu recommendations and upsell special items, premium dishes, and beverages Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience Process payments and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
Sales Responsibilities

Actively promote daily specials, signature dishes, and premium menu items

Upsell appetizers, desserts, beverages, and add-ons to increase revenue

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Suggest special drink of the day and beverage options Create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Required Qualifications Essential Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years

experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Proven sales skills

with ability to upsell and meet targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good memory and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
