Greet customers politely and take dine-in & takeaway orders
Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
Handle billing, cash, card payments, and POS system accurately
Issue receipts and maintain cash balance at shift end
Answer customer queries and handle complaints calmly
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and cashier counter
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or cashier is preferred
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Honest, responsible, and team-oriented
