Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly. Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Uphold health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Requirements

Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Should know English and Hindi. Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but can be learned on the job.
