As a Host/Hostess at Goya will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them with a warm smile and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers as they enter the cafe and providing a friendly introduction to our services.
- Assisting customers with seating arrangements and ensuring that tables are clean and set up properly.
- Managing reservations and waiting lists during peak hours to optimize seating availability.
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the service team to maintain a smooth flow of operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Waiting tables and taking customers orders as required
- Manage the cashier
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and highly presentable appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Are you able to join immediately within a weeks notice?
- Hosting and Waiting Tables: 3 years (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
