Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Set up and clean tables, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area.
Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Upsell menu items and provide recommendations when requested.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, polite, and service-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
