We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
Waitress cum Cashier
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both customer service and billing operations while ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers politely
Take orders accurately and serve food/drinks
Manage the POS system for billing and cash/card payments
Handle dine-in and takeaway customer interactions
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
Assist with packing orders, coordinating with kitchen staff
Manage receipts, cash handling, and daily sales closing
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Waitress or Cashier (preferably in F&B)
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Positive attitude, well-spoken, and customer-friendly
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
Presentable and professional appearance
Immediately available candidates preferred
