Job Description
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu and help determine their orders.
- Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
- Ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for every food & beverage sale in the outlet.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering
- Prepare cashier's summary and tally it with Micros (POS) reading at the close of his / her shift
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Yes Experience:
- Waiter / waitress: 1 year (Required)
- Cashiering: 1 year (Required)
