Cashier / Waitress
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer service, order taking, food service, and cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant.
Present menu, take customer orders, and serve food & beverages.
Handle billing and operate the POS system accurately.
Process payments (cash, card, and digital methods) and issue receipts.
Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
Ensure tables, workstations, and service areas are clean and organized.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests/complaints politely.
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waitress or cashier (preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling.
Friendly, customer-focused, and well-groomed personality.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
