Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations when needed
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure correct orders are delivered
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
Clear tables, reset them for the next guest, and maintain a clean dining area
Process bills and payments accurately
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Good memory and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods
Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a proactive and service-minded approach
Willingness to work all over UAE
Willing to be trained
