As a Waitress
Greet customers politely and assist them with seating
Present menus and explain food and beverage items
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
As a Cashier
Prepare and present bills to customers
Operate the POS system efficiently
Receive payments (cash, card, online/digital payments)
Issue receipts and return correct change
Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor/manager
Customer Service & Compliance
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
Follow company policies, UAE labor laws, and restaurant procedures
Ensure confidentiality of cash and customer information
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a waitress or cashier preferred
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Honest, reliable, and well-groomed
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
