We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented
Waitress cum Cashier
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking food and beverage orders, handling payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. You should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
Handle billing and cash/credit card transactions using the POS system
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Balance the cash register and prepare end-of-shift reports
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress, cashier, or similar role preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic math and cash handling abilities
Ability to work in a team and handle busy periods efficiently
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
