to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and possess knowledge of Korean cuisine to assist guests in making informed menu choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
