Job Description

The job purpose is to provide an exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the smooth operation of the establishment. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Promote, operate, and conduct oneself in a manner that aligns with the company's mission of Alrais Enterprises Group. Greeting Customers:

Warmly welcoming customers as they arrive at the restaurant. Escorting guests to their assigned tables or providing assistance with seating preferences.

Presenting Menus:

Handing out menus to guests and explaining any specials or recommendations. Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Taking Orders:

Taking customer orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations when necessary.

Serving Food and Beverages:

Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring that orders are presented correctly and addressing any issues with the kitchen.

Check-Backs and Refills:

Checking with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals. Refilling drinks and attending to additional requests promptly.

Customer Service & Interaction:

Providing attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience. Addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Upselling and Promotions:

Suggesting additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the dining experience. Upselling to increase the average check size.

Preferrably female Is able to communicate in English as well Has good interpersonal skills Can work well under pressure
