We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waitress to join our team at our newly opening coffee shop in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a warm personality, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve orders promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace Process payments and operate POS systems Assist in opening and closing duties as required Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive attitude and team spirit Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately
Willing to undergo a one-day paid trial at our Dubai branch prior to final hiring
