Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests, guide them to their tables, provide menu information, make recommendations, and check in during their meal to ensure a positive experience.
Order Management:Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen staff, and deliver the orders to the guests promptly and correctly.
Payment Processing:Generate and deliver bills, process cash and credit card payments accurately.
Table & Area Maintenance: Set and reset tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and perform pre-bussing and clearing duties.
Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and other team members, including kitchen and bar staff.
Upselling: Promote specials and suggest additional menu items, such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks, to enhance the dining experience and potentially increase revenue.
