Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of meals to tables.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Assist guests in making menu choices and provide recommendations as needed.
- Promote daily specials, upsell menu items, and highlight promotions to maximize sales.
- Effectively communicate any additional information related to the menu or establishment.
- Ensure tables are set appropriately and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
- Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset for the next guests in a timely manner.
- Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns regarding billing.
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- UAE residency and valid work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
