We are looking for two experienced hostesses to join our team in a fine dining steakhouse located in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and managing reservations and seating arrangements. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant \xc2\xb7 Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient operation \xc2\xb7 Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand and front-of-house area \xc2\xb7 Communicate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure the best possible dining experience for guests \xc2\xb7 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy \xc2\xb7 Upsell restaurant promotions, events, and specials \xc2\xb7 Process payments and assist with cash handling \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Adhere to health and safety regulations \xc2\xb7 Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role in a fine dining establishment \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time-management skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling \xc2\xb7 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays \xc2\xb7 Must have a presentable appearance and be comfortable with having pictures included in their CV If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting, we encourage you to submit your CV and photo for consideration.
