Job Description
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Inform customers about the day\xe2\x80\x99s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the Stellas Boutique Cafe Standard.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently and report guest complaints and feedback to the supervisor
- Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisor and ensure to follow-up with the guest
- Monitor operating supplies, equipment, and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP and ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Safety Authority) regulations
- Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
- Monitor the daily checklist and ensure completeness of all opening and closing duties.
