Job Summary

We are looking for a

friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter/Waitress

to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages according to service standards Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints politely Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures Assist with billing and payment processing when required Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Waiter / Waitress

preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Neat appearance and professional behavior

Preferred

Experience in

hotel or restaurant service

Knowledge of POS systems and basic food & beverage service standards
