Job Summary: Looking for a Waiter/Waitress in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Assist in arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy and clean dining area
• Welcome guests and accompany them to their tables
• Present the menu to the guests and provide detailed information concerning the same
• Give menu recommendations upon request from the guests
• Take food and drinks orders
• Serve food and drinks orders in a proper way
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Deliver bill and collect payments
• Take dirty plates, glasses as well as silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Must have hospitality experience of at least 1 year in a busy restaurant, cafeteria or hotel
• Must be able to work well and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage busy environments
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Must have high standards of personal hygiene and personal grooming
