Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, efficient, and friendly service in a high-quality casual dining environment. This role ensures guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience through accurate order-taking, timely service, and knowledge of 3 Fils' menu and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide clear explanations of dishes, specials, and beverages. Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards. Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests professionally. Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Support colleagues and managers to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods. Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in line with 3 Fils' policies. Uphold the restaurant's brand values and provide personalized service that enhances guest experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in casual or fine dining preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, approachable, and professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and table service etiquette.
