JOB SUMMARY Main Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Ensure guests live the \xe2\x80\x9cUltimate Experience\xe2\x80\x9d.

\xc2\xb7Provide hands-on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.

\xc2\xb7Handle guest complaints according to policy.

\xc2\xb7Ensure room/restaurant set up is according to set standard.

\xc2\xb7Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior colleagues, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.

\xc2\xb7Perform opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.

\xc2\xb7Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods is done.

\xc2\xb7Anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.

\xc2\xb7Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.

\xc2\xb7Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

\xc2\xb7Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.

\xc2\xb7Utilize the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift reports.

\xc2\xb7Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

\xc2\xb7Identify guest preferences and communicate with the teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

\xc2\xb7High school Diploma/Hotel School Degree.

\xc2\xb72 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment

\xc2\xb7Up-selling skills training, HACCP.

\xc2\xb7Knowledge of Micros system

\xc2\xb7Excellent spoken and written English

\xc2\xb7Experience working in a multi cultural environment.

\xc2\xb7Organized and well planned.

\xc2\xb7Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude.
