We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented
Waitress/Waiter
to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set
Handle guest requests and complaints courteously
Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
Follow hotel service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Well-groomed, positive attitude, and team player
