Job Summary: The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in creating a positive dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: . Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner . Present menus and explain food and beverage items when needed . Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar . Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously . Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction . Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when needed . Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas . Set up and reset tables for each new guest . Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards . Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Skills: . Previous experience in a similar role is preferred . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Positive attitude and strong work ethic .
