We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities: . Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude. . Take food and drink orders accurately. . Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. . Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations. . Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area. . Handle cash and process payments. . Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns. Requirements: . Prior experience in a similar role is required. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . Team player with a positive attitude. .
