Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
