Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings make guests of our restaurants and lounges feel unique and valuedWhat is in it for you:Accommodation and meals providedTransportation to & from the hotelMedical & Life InsuranceEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing:Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of all beverage lists Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set-up Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assignedYour experience and skills include:Previous Food & Beverage service experience required Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred Previous experience minimum of at least 1 year of working in a similar environment is requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesYour team and working environment:Be a part of our multicultural team.Enjoy nature as our location provides majestic mountains in northern Fujairah.Visa Requirements: Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in the United Arab Emirates.
