Job Description
Ensure that all our customers and guests receive high standards of service to have an exceptional experience.
Education Qualification:
High school certification (must have) Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Good command in spoken and written English
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Good command of customer service skills
Ability to handle a high-volume service environment
Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
Age between 20 to 30 years old
Must not have visible tattoos
Must not have visible piercing (including tongue)
