We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused

Waiters/Waitresses

to join a reputed restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and offering recommendations when required. Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently. Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Follow all restaurant service standards and hygiene protocols. Support team members during busy service hours and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a

Waiter/Waitress

in a restaurant or hotel environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic understanding of English (additional languages are an advantage).
